In this class we will start with a fresh, native hardwood, and turn it into a beautiful and functional utensil. Let your creativity guide you while also learning safe and effective techniques for whittling spoons, spatulas, spreaders, and ladles. Different types of wood we use could include black walnut, black cherry, sweet birch, red maple, and tulip poplar, but also feel free to bring your own! Class size will be limited to 8 and all tools and materials will be provided.
