Taught by Jeffrey Gottlieb, a Naturalist, Outdoor Educator, and Primitive Skills instructor for more than 30 years, with an MS in Biology. Make a gourmet meal without store bought utensils! We’ll cook traditional foods using a variety of ancient techniques, using stone, wood, pottery and shell tools.  Learn to manage a campfire for best results.  Then we end with a feast!  Must be a minimum of 12 years of age to take this class.
