If you’ve ever wanted to try, our fiber artist Kelly Coldren is teaching how to felt! In this two-hour beginner course, Ms. Kelly will teach the basics of sculpting wool using needles. These techniques can be used to make a variety of creations, from beads and garland to woodland critters.
The course fee covers instruction, use of tools, and materials. Each attendee will take home their wool sculpture. Bring your lunch and spend the afternoon exploring the Foxfire Museum on their own time. Class will take place outside but will be relocated indoors if inclement weather occurs. Please prepare appropriately.
