* If you attempted to place a product order through either our old or new website on Sunday, December 9, and have not received an email confirmation, PLEASE contact us at giftshop@foxfire.org or by phone at 706-746-5828. During the changeover to activate this new site (between 1:00am on Sunday and noon on Monday) there were periods where email and other functions were intermittent, and we might not have received your order if you were still seeing the old website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and hope that you will contact us soon so that we can make sure you receive your holiday purchases.
The new site began operating late Sunday night, and orders placed on the new site after 11:00pm on Sunday have been received and are in progress - you will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience and hope that you enjoy our new site.
