Donation To Support Foxfire

The Foxfire Fund, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. We operate primarily on the interest of a small endowment fund, royalty monies generated by The Foxfire Books, and income from the Museum Gift Shop. Especially over recent years, the constant fluctuations of the financial market have made things hard for everyone, but especially for non-profit organizations. We are more and more reliant on the goodwill and financial support of donors who see the value in our efforts both to give local students a unique opportunity for learning while strengthening their investment in their home community, and in documenting and sharing the priceless legacy of Southern Appalachian heritage with the world at large.

If you choose to make a contribution to our efforts, rest assured that your donation will benefit the preservation of a unique American culture (through publications and the Museum), and the education of students both in Rabun County (the Magazine program) and beyond our mountain home as well (through the training of teachers in the Foxfire Approach).
