45th Anniversary Rebecca Pitcher

The Rebecca pitcher is a traditional style among southern folk potters. For Foxfire's 45th anniversary, Homer, Georgia's Steve Turpin took some time away from his signature good-and-evil face jugs (read about them in Foxfire 12—"A Devilishly Creative Potter") and other amazing creations to hand-craft these 12"-tall Rebeccas with classic hand-colored purple grapes and golden leaves on the front and a Foxfire commemorative plaque on the back.
